From all of the Staff on N-3 and at the Rhode Island Veterans Home,
Very sorry for your loss. We already miss your dad's stubborn yet passionate ways. He certainly had some words of wisdom along the way. Our thoughts are with you, Sincerely N-3
To the whole Belanger family,
I met Arthur several times in the past few times at different parties and gatherings because i am Karen O'Riordan's daughter. He was a great man, always with a smile on his face. I know this isn't easy, I have lost three loved ones in the past year. Just know he is watching over all of you all the time in Heaven. I hope you find comfort in this time of sorrow.
Had the chance to meet Arthur several times; enjoyed everything about him and all of the great stories Ken told me about him; he was a great man and someone that will be missed by all - we are thinking and praying for the family and know that your memories will help get through the pain - we love you guys
Kenny, Bev and Kellan
