My greatest blessing in life has been to get to know the Stokely family including their children and grandsons. I will always cherish the family gatherings that I was so honored to attend. I felt like God shined through them like I have never witnessed before. I will miss Mr. Stokely. He lived a great life unlike not many of us can lay claim. My heart especially goes out to his soulmate although the familly will have their share of grieving as well. Such a loving familly can only witness to the rest of us to strive to do better. thanks to all of you...i love you dearly...pat burchett
Mr.Stokley was always the nicest neighbor anybody could ask for. will miss his smiling face when he would talk to you. he loved his Lord, family and working in his yard. I will miss him.
My sympathies to the family for your great loss. May your memories comfort you and bring joy to your hearts as you remember a life well lived. I remember Bro Stokley as a kind, gentle and generous man. God be with you!
He was truly a great man. What makes a 'great' man? A man who loves God first, his family second, and other things come down the line. He truly loved his family! He loved his grandsons so much. This was obvious if you ever saw them together. He was a kind and gentle soul. I will never forget him and how he was always standing near Sis. Stokley before church, ready to shake hands and greet anyone who passed by. I love these two people. They are very special. They have worked long and hard from long before I ever had the privilege of meeting them. Now, he has gone on to his reward, and to await Sis. Stokley. Sis. Stokley and the entire family, I love you and you are in my thoughts and prayers.
