Mrs. Hayes, my mother Janie Smith and I send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. When my Mom and late Father-Roy Smith, bought one of Mr Hayes' quality builder homes several years ago we had an immediate respect for his business savvy and personable appeal to his buyers. Mr Hayes was a very generoius and kind hearted man. We are so glad to have met him, kept in touch and exchanged holiday cards through the years with your family. May your strength prevail to help you through this difficult time. You and your family are in our prayers.
I will always remember Bill as a kind, gentle and jovial man. I cherish the times we spent at family visits and gatherings. Bobbie and I extend our heartfelt prayers and thoughts to Mary and the family.

Mrs. Hayes, Debbie and Jan,
I am terribly sorry for your loss. I have many wonderful memories at your house and at the lake, spending time with your family. I remember his quick wit, big smile and laughter. What a great man, he will be missed. My prayers are with you at this sorrowful time. Jan Taylor Graves
I will always remember "Uncle Bill" as one of my favorite cousins. He was a kind and loving man.
My love and thoughts to his family.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your loved one. Mr. Hayes was a customer and I talked to him many times by phone and in person. He always managed to make me laugh but was very serious about his business! In every conversation, he gave a loving testimony about his wife and family.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time. Kind regards, Cristy Rogers, Offenhauser & Co. Insurance
