Dr. McDougal, while we may have never formally met, I knew of you and your work. My sincere condolences to your family and patients. Dr. Laurie Noaker
Dear Dana and Family:
I am so blessed to have crossed paths with your father these last four years. He was so thoughtful, caring and supportive of the care of our beloved senior pet Blaze. He gave us extra years of enjoyment when we thought the cancer had won. During our last visit, he remarked that Blaze was indeed a miracle to have survived so long. Little did we know when I hugged him for the last time thinking we would not make another visit, the miracle was that your father had helped us along in our journey for palliative care. We will miss him deeply but are grateful for the honor of knowing him. Pat & Eli Zlotnik and Blaze the Basset Hound
I never met Dr. McDougal, but after my 15 1/2 year working for Dr. Vance W Murphy, we made many referrals to him and heard very nice things about his care and practicing medicine. My deepest condolences to the entire McDougal family. He will be missed in the veterinary world.

Dr. McDougal, what can I say. You were always a friend who had a way of cheering me up and making me laugh. I won't ever forget your kindness and will forever admire your knowledge and compassion as a veterinarian. It was a pleasure knowing you. I will miss you.
Met "Bill" when he was a member of the Board of Trustees at Presbyterian Pan American School, great friend.
