Rose, I am so sorry to learn of Bill's passing! I have many found memories of him in those early days in the Shreveport District! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family!
Rose, Kathy and I are so sad to hear about Bill's passing. He was an open-hearted, quiet, complex man, a loyal friend through many tough college days. Thank you for sharing the photos of the family; we could see how happy Bill was in those pictures. Seeing that shy smile of his brought back many good memories.
All our love, to you and the boys.
Rose, I'm very sorry to hear about Bill's passing, and my sincerest condolences to you and your family. In the years I worked with Bill, I looked to him more as a friend than a co-worker.
Rose, Jim and I send our sincere condolences in the loss of Bill. What a wonderful friend he was to us. Love to you and the boys.
Rose, I have not the words to express the depth of my compassion and sorrow for the loss of Bill. You, Robert, Benjamin, and your entire extended family are in my thoughts and prayers. I have regarded Bill as my friend from the first time I met him early in September 1965. Friends like Bill are a rare occurrence. I consider it an honor that Bill regarded me as a friend. Though it has been years since I last saw him my memory of him is still fresh, and I shall never forget his smile, his wit, and his gentle companionship.
