Marsha and Family

I attended many meetings with Steve here at Surry and not a meeting one did Steve walk in without saying some kind word to someone. He truly will be missed by many. May your family be touched by the Hand of God in your time of need. We all will see him again in a better place. Our thoughts and Prayers are with your Family and Friends during these saddened days.

Dear Poston Family,
I worked with Steve or as he was sometimes called called, Stevie, for over 22 years. I, like my co-workers, am going to miss working with him. He will be greatly missed for not only his technical expertise but his banter with his fellow workers. We shared many memories of late nights, containment entries and weekend call-ins.
I hope this brings some comfort to you knowing that he truly was a part of the Surry I&C Family and always will.

Marsha and Family,

It was truly a sad day when I heard about the loss of Steve. I worked with Steve for many years in the I&C Department at Surry. Every time I called the shop it seemed that Steve would answer the phone and our conversations just brightened my day. Steve will be missed by everyone that knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Marsha and Family, I am so sorry for your loss.I worked with Steve, "Little Stevie" for years at Surry Power Station and enjoyed our daily discussions about life, family and football. The morning rituals around the shop coffee pot.Steve was a unique individual and one of the most knowledeable techs in the I&C Shop. I to enjoyed the times we would play x-box after night shift,we would laugh and play for hours. He had a great sense of humor and will be dearly missed.Rest In Peace Steve!
