Theresa, I am so sorry. Some of my best memories are of Kingsley Lake and your Dad's Birthday parties were epic events. Have strenght, I know you were the sunshine in his life.
We will always remember Cecils ability to greet everyone with a warm smile and a quick witt. He will remain always I our hearts and minds. Our fondest rerets are extended to his family. Sincerely Ted and Carolyn Cramer.
Debbie and family, may God comfort you and give you peace at this difficult time. Jeff and I had the pleasure working with Cecil for several years, he was a great and compassionate guy...we are so sorry for your loss.
Debbie and Family, My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of great sorrow. Cecil will be missed by all who knew him through work and life. He touched us all in so many different ways, he was always someone we knew we could go to and talk or just hangout and have a good time. I know the pain must seem insurmountable right now, but as time goes by it will ease just a little as you are able to remember and share you memories you all made throughout your lives together. R I P Cecil! Lynne Webb
