Chuck, Carol and family,
Sending you our love and prayers. He was a wonderful man and such a blessing for many people professionally, spiritually and personally. May God be with you and bring you comfort.
Saddened to hear of Dr. Charles passing; he meant so much to his Hattiesburg family - the Vances, Watts, Erwins, Lanes, and others who were always so proud of him and loved his visits. May the family be comforted in knowing that his life of service was so well lived. Patricia Watts Pope great niece
Chuck and Carol, seeing the photo gallery here reminds me of your lovely family and the "Wolfe Lane years". . .so many good memories of your Mom and mine chatting over their coffee mugs while we waited for Marilyn on Mom's car pool days, the Path, playing kick the can. . .we were blessed with great childhood memories and great parents. Maybe the mansions that the Lord has prepared for them are in the same neighborhood. . .Blessings, Tom and Judy (Call) Balla
Chuck and Carol, please accept our condolences and prayers. Liz and I have lost 3 of our 4 and this is the kind of thing that'll make you feel old yourself! Blessings through it all-- Richard and Liz Livingston
The Lanes were my neighbors (next door neighbors) on Wolfe Lane,,,, they were the best ,,, we had such great times .. I often thought that Dr and Mrs lane did a good job of keeping chuck and sherard focused,,, and after visiting with them both today I know they did!!! They are both wonderful adults that will miss their dad but have his heart in them forever!!! REST IN PEACE
