Larry and family,
I got to know your dad but just for such a short time when you introduced him to Don and I many a year ago. You could tell he loved being around people, just as Don was. Don especially enjoyed your dad and when we would go down to the Nichols restauant to eat, Don would hope he would run into Clyde. Fun man, and we know he was truly proud of you Larry for all you had accomplished as well. I found his obituary very interesting and did not realize he was such an athelete. He loved laughter a lot as well.
You have my deepest prayers for your loss as I know he meant as much to you as Don did to the kids and I.
Sincerely, Karon Staten
Clyde always made sure everyone had a good time, always a good host and was never at a loss for words!! He taught me about life, real estate, mortgage banking and most important of all...baseball. He was a great grandfather to my son and we will all miss him.
