Dave, you always were willing to give everybody a helping hand, and I'll never forget the time you stayed home from work so you could put my kitchen cabinets up for me,while I went on into my work. Now that's what you call a really good brother-in-law. You have been a very good husband to my sister and also an exceptional Dad & Grandpa.
We all sure miss you Mike Cummings
You were an exceptional role model in so many ways beginning with being a generous and loving family man. You and Aunt Marylyn were a wonderful example of a lifelong love and supportive partnership. You also knew no strangers and welcomed people with open arms.
I always looked forward to visiting. What a wise cracker you were; a predictably unpredictable joke for everything. Laughing was always a staple at the dinner table and everywhere else. I am certain the Angels are laughing out loud!
You were passionate in all endeavors with a fiery personality to match your endless work ethic. Your passion for technology and endless support was inspirational and instrumental in guiding me toward my career goals. I would not be where I am today without you and Aunt Marilyn. I am and will forever be grateful.
I love you both very much. Uncle Dave, may you rest in peace and keep those angels on their toes!!

We always had a good time at your home. Loved the "jam sessions" and listening to the music. There are so many years and fond memories that I have always carried of you and your family. My heart goes out to Aunt Marilyn, Darci, and Davey, and their children. It was riding in your car on the way back to your house when I found out what they called the police car with 1 red light on top! No we didn't get pulled over, you just pointed it out to us. You said the cop cars like that were called cherries back in the day. You will be missed greatly.

Just wanted to say how much I always enjoyed your company. And also thank you for some fond memories. Always dug that you were into music and cars, two of my favorite things! You're probably one of the influences that made me enjoy music so much. Loved to listen to you tell your stories. Also enjoyed the camping trips that we had. Between you,Uncle Johnnie, and Uncle Ed, things were never boring. I think all of you enjoyed pranking us kids. Hahahaha! You will be missed. To the Atkinson family I send my sympathy,I feel your loss as well.
