Dave and I were classmates in the Aeronautical Engineering School at Notre Dame, class of 1956. He was a great guy and a very kind person.

Same as Jerry Rigsby, I also was a fellow Aero Engineering student of Dave. There were 24 guys in our class year as Aeros, and in our Junior year we broken up into 8 design teams. I was fortunate to be on the team with Dave and Scotty Lewis. We designed an aircraft, performing all the calculations that would prove that it really would fly, and it Did! Another time at our class reunion, I think it was our 40th, and it was so humid that I got a bad "Prickly Heat Rash". Dave came to the rescue with some talcum powder that saved the day putting me out of my misery. Thank you Dave!
One of Dave's good qualities was his sense of humor. We had many laughs together.
May you Rest In Peace, Dave!
Dave was my Project Manager on the Phillips Alliance Project at KBR. He was an able Leader and a motivator. He was liked and respected by everyone. I will miss his guidance and leadership. Above all he was a great guy and a true friend.
