It was a blessing to grow up in the same neighborhood as the Simisters and to be friends with their children and friends with them. Dave was always encouraging and interested in what we were doing -- even as we became adults and had children of our own. We will always be grateful for his friendship.
We send good thoughts and prayers to all the family at this time of sorrow.
