Dear Cheryl and Family,
I was so shocked and sadden when I read in the paper last Wednesday,about Dennis passing. Oh my God, it still doesn't feel real.It has been so long since I've seen you all, in fact I think Ashleigh was just a baby. Cheryl I remember all the Great times we all had together back in the 60's & 70's, I cherish those days with you and Dennis. He always had us laughing about anything and everything, that's how he was, a funny and lovable guy. I just wished I had kept in touch so that I could have been at your side at this time of sadness. I always kept you and Dennis in my memories and I always will.I notified Richie to let him know and he was shocked also, we spoke about all the times the four of us shared, it was special, because you are a very special Lady and Dennis was a very special Guy.Dennis will surely be missed but never forgotten! Just keep all those memories you and Dennis shared for those 42 GREAT years,now that's SPECIAL!
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your Family.

We are so sorry to hear about Dennis. He was such a wonderful neighbor and friend to Dad and Elaine. We always looked forward to seeing him on our visits to New Orleans. He was a special person and will be remembered fondly. You and your family will be in our prayers.
