I'll never forget Fay.She was always so glad to see me when I would come into work my shift. She was such a helper! Fay looked after everyone and was quick to let me know if someone was in need of assistance. Fay was a kind and gentle lady who loved her family. She amazed me with her ability to know the answers to the puzzles on Wheel of Fortune. When I played trivia, Fay knew all the answers, but she would wait and let others give the answers before she would respond with the correct one. Fay was so thoughtful of other people's feelings, I will miss her.
Mrs . Edwards was one of my early Sunday School teachers at Beechmont UMC, and so loved by all. I remember her fondly. My deepest sympathies and prayers to all the family.
Fay was one of the finest women you could ever meet. She and my Mom were best friends for many years at Beechmont Methodist Church. We lived down the street from Fay and George for many years and were great friends with their kids Kenny, Bruce and Tommie. I remember the last time I saw Fay was as my Mom's funeral. It was a tough time but Fay and George helped immensely. Weeks after my Mom's funeral I got a very heart warming letter from them in the mail. You will be missed so much!
Fay was like a second mom to me when we lived on Cliff! I'm praying for your family. I know how much you'll miss her!
Fay was one of the nicest lady I ever met. I first worked with her in the library at Emerson Elem. school and she helped me get my job at Lincoln Elem. She always talked about her family and we shared some fun times. My deepest sympathy, Pat Lush
