We had the privelege of knowing and working with Frank in Sigonella. As a trusted colleague and friend- he was one of the people "standing by" when my dear son, Patrick was born! Who could have known he would be my OIC when I retired from NBHC Portsmouth in 2011?! Always a trusted confidante, leader, and friend- I can only pray that he knew how profoundly he touched our lives! The dream of opening our Warrior Health Clinic would not have come to fruition without Frank's support and commitment to caring for our Nation's heros. Janice, you all have been in our prayers daily through this past year. May God hold you in His loving hands and give you His peace during this time.

I had the great pleasure of working with CDR Williams & meeting his family during his military career while stationed at Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD. The world has lost a great, gentle, kind, and caring man. My thoughts and prayers to the family during this difficult time; and may you find comfort in the love of family and friends.

Frank Williams was a "gentle man" who was a dedicated friend. He touched so many lives, and will remain in the minds of the thousands who were impacted by his generous heart. I will miss you my friend, but more importantly, the world will miss you. Fair winds and following seas, Sempe Fi, and Anchors Away!

CDR Frank Williams was my friend as well as my supervisor at the Groton Pharmacy. A fine man who will be missed greatly. God Bless you and your family.

CDR Williams was a great inspiration to me. He was the first Pharmacist that I had the honor to serve with. He will be greatly missed.
