Becky and Dominic,I worked for Frank as a piping designer at Shell. Also I was in a carpool with him. He was a well respected engineer/manager. He represented the true New Orleans spirit. On flights between Houston and New Orleans there were times that we talk with each other. There is a song "What it Means to Miss New Orleans" Like the song we can say what it means to miss Frank.
Becky, So sorry to hear about Frank. He was a tough and caring person. I remember well the LSU/ Tulane battles back in the day in Shell's Gentilly Office. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. with Love

To Frank's family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Frank was one of my favorite supervisors at Shell, and as one of the founding fathers of OE&C group, his legacy lives on in the offshore industry. We will miss him dearly!
Dear Becky, Dominic, Michael and Family, I extend my deepest sympathy to all of you on FRank's passing. If we would look up the word, friend, in the dictionary, Frank's picture would be there. He was a great friend. I have many memories since that first day in the Pentagon when Frank and I met. The dinners on Dumaine street, Mardi Gras, trip to Jackson for Ole Miss game, etc....I will miss FRank very much. My prayers are with all of you and will continue forever. Love, Dick
Our thoughts and prayers and love are with you!
