I wanted to tell you a story that shows how nice your Dad was, I grew up in the Isle of Palms so when my husband and I wanted to buy a home we brought from your Dad on Luth Drive, our first new home! He was so wonderful to work with, but the day before the closing we found out that we needed an extra $1000.00 and we didn't have a dime extra to spare so your Dad said just come to the closing and we will work something out, he took a legal paid out and wrote a note saying that we owed him the money to be paid within 6 months and he had us sign the note. We paid him as soon as we got out income tax return. I will never forget his kindness to two very young people just starting out. You should be very proud of your Dad! He was a good man! God Bless you and your family!

Fred Jr. & Ahern Family - Having only known Fred for the last 15 years, I really enjoyed the Family Photo's, which put into pictures many of the people, places & activities Fred would talk about. Fred and Lacey were great condo neighbors, and will be missed by all of us. My sympathy's for your loss.
