I have so many wonderful memories of my teenage years and most of them include this wonderful man and his family. I was fortunate enough to make a life long friend when trying out for the freshman volleyball team her name was Becci Garver, little did I know that I would share many adventures with not only her but her family as well. My first trip ever to a lake was with Gary and Becci and I remember it like it was yesterday! I am so blessed to have had such a wonderful example of family, love, and inspiration. God speed Mr. Garver.

Aunt Helga & Family--We are so sorry to hear the news about Uncle Gary. Words can not express the heartache we feel for your family. He was such a funny and caring guy! I would get a kick out of listening to him and Grandma tell stories together. Our deepest condolences to you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We will be thinking of you and the rest of the family. Sending you lots of love.

To all of you I am so sorry for your loss, the handful of times I was around your father and family were always fun times filled with laughter! I especially enjoyed helping Gina and Becci create the scrapbook for your Mom and Dad's 40th Wedding Anniversary, that walk thru your Dad's life with pictures and stories truely told the great man your father was! I hope that scrapbook can help you reminisce about him many years to come. God Bless
