Dear Linda & siblings, I'm so sorry about the passing of your Mom. Memories of the 50's and working at Blackwell's Dept. Store gushed back. Oh! What a nice time in my life. Your Mom & Dad were the coolest and neatest folks. Your Dad treated me as if I were not just an employee, but a kid worth taking the time to make small talk with, throw in his grins & humor. Your parents were always #1 in my book. Your family was/is a model family. I appreciated your kindness towards me. God bless you. Your friend Wayne Burkett

I regret being unable to attend the funeral service, but I want express my sympathies to the family. I am glad that I had a brief opportunity to meet Georganna. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you as you say your goodbyes--may she truly rest in peace.
