Gerald A. "Jack" Haskins Sr.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I wish I could have come to the memorial. Mr. Jack was ALWAYS so welcoming. I loved seeing him at church and when he went to visit my Mawmaw Merle. Mrs. Sarah, you have always made me feel so special, just the same as Mr. Jack. Thank you for that. I'll miss him! He was such a great man.
Sara (Merle Washington's granddaughter)
I met Jack and Sarah when I first moved to Brandon in 1979. I was know as the lady who bought the pastors house. Well, it was expected of us to attend the local church known as Bethel Baptist Church, where Jack and family were very active! I wasn't sure about attending.....but, Jack and Sarah made me and my family feel so welcomed. I never will forget their hospitality. That's been 34 years ago! Bless you, Sarah, Anita, Gerald and wife. May God strengthen you, as you continue to reflect on Jacks life!
