We lived on County Trunk Y for about 12 years across from Betty & Jerry. We moved in 1975 to Illinois but always have remembered the fun we had being their friends. We are sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. What a wonderful life. Art & Joyce Phenicie

Mr Sampson was a big part of my youth. I was beyond sad to hear of his passing. Mr. and Mrs. Sampson were aces to me in my high school years. He sold me my first car a 62 Nova convertible. Let me hang out with him when he was working in his shop on his cars. He set in motion many things that I love about myself that he helped foster. As the coolest guy I ever knew..... I wear black and white wing tip shoes routinely and think of him every time I put them on. He made me an endless fan of Mark 2 Lincolns and simply made me a better kid and a better man through knowing him and his generosity. Thanks Mr. Sampson, you did a lot for me. Carole and family

I was so sorry to read about your father.

I think of you so often, when I pass the brick house on 8th Street.

Your Dad must have been so proud of Scott, being in the military!

Please call me when you are in town next time - we have to catch up!

My prayers and sympathy is extended to you and all of your family.
