Dear Carole,Patty and Julie,I am thinking of you and sharing your sorrow.....Kathy McDowell-Koellner
Great Picture of Gerry. The whole family has our deepest sympathy from the staff at Prairie Crossing. What a wonderful man he was to know. We all still have our whistles that he gave us -to protect us if we were in trouble.
You are in our prayers.
My deepest sympathies. I know he will be missed by all of his family.
I have many fond and loving memories of visiting with Jere on his back porch, watching the squirrels. He will be surely missed. May God bless you and your family during this time of sorrow.
I send my sincerest sympathy to the family of Jere Sampson. He and Bettie were dear friends. He and Dick Goodman had a shop in the alley souh of Bluff Ave. between 6th and 7th streets very near my former home on the corner of 6th and Bluff Ave, Jere repaired many pieces of furniture for me and I really appreciated his fine work. I am still enjoying the old cane chairs he fixed that had belonged to my mother-in-law and were in bad shape, I know he has not been well these last few years but he will surely be missed by his many friends and family.
