Harold Carson Leach

Friday, September 13, 2013
Dear, Kay, Hal, Debbie and Carson,

Royale called me to tell me the Harold had passed away---and although we all understand that this day must come at some time, I feel a profound sadness. Harold was such an unbelievably kind and dear gentleman--someone very special in my life. He took me under his wing when I was the first woman that Thayer Coggin had ever hired in 1985. He encouraged me with phone calls and even took me on my first visit to the IHFC building the second Market I was there. Please know I send my love and comfort to all of you.

TO THE LEACH FAMILY:
I did not personally know Mr. Leach, but I did work with Debbie at McDaniel Lewis & Company MANY moons ago. My deepest sympathies to Hal, Debbie, Carson, etc for your tremendous loss. May you all find comfort in these difficult days, and beyond.

AND TO YOU, MR. LEACH:
May you rest in eternal Heavenly peace. You have certainly earned it sir.

I was sorry to see that Mr. Leach had died. He and his family lived down the street from us on Wiltshire. They were one of the first families in the neighborhood to get a TV. All the kids would gather at their house to watch Howdy Doody (This was the early 50's). Mr.& Mrs. Leach were always so nice to the neighborhood children. I know he will be missed by his family. He was a true gentleman. God Bless all of you.
