Dear Kathleen and family, I have just learned of Heinz's passing on Friday, June 27. Heinz was a valued member of the Department of Special Education at UW-Whitewater. He will be remembered and missed by many people in this area.

Kathleen, It is with joy that I remember the very special times that both your Mom and Dad spent with my Mother, Dora Zastrow. They were such dear friends. I wad sorry to read of your Fathers passing. Life is all about those special friendships, and that they had. I always wondered where your dear Father was. I so fondly remembered going over to their house when I was young. Your Dad was a gem. Sally Zastrow Schnarr. Toga@tds.net

Dear Kathy and family: With affection and great respect I remember your dad, especially when I was pastor of Trinity UM Church, Madison. Shortly after he retired I saw him and asked, What do you do now that your retired" With a twinkle in his eye he replied, "I smile a lot." A GOOD answer, that he exhibited even long before he retired. Please know I care and remember you and your family in my prayers. In his memory I am making a contribution to Trinity Church.
Blessings and peace.

Dear Kathleen & family,
I know your dear Heinz from Trinity Unity Methodist Church. He and Marion both were a blessing to the church and all its members. I miss his smile and warm handshake. Jade Garden in Madison will forever remind me of Heinz as we shared some great visits there.

Sending prayers of love and peace in the days ahead to all of you. God bless you, Heinz!
