Dear Sue and Family
Sorry to hear the news about Jim. As a neighborhood kid growing up with your family, I always remember that if I was standing to close to the car on the driveway, Jim would stick a rag in my hand and tell me (and anyone else standing around) to wipe down the car. To this day, I sitll think of him when I wash my car! He may have been gruff on the outside, but deep down he was a softie. May his memory be a blessing to all.
He called me "the farmer" when we showed up to golf. When we left he would tell us I'll see you tomorrow. I shall miss his joking with us. Our prayers are with him and his family.
To the Family and Special Friends of "Big Daddy" Jim Africa. My heart is with each and eveyone of you. I enjoyed doing my business with Big Daddy and his Partners at the Jiffy Mart.
Jim was family,my kids loved him as we all did.We played golf many times and there was no better friend than "BIG DADDY"
I am very sorry for your loss.I always looked forward to seeing Jim when I went to play golf.He always had a big smile and welcome glad to see you here. I will miss him and remember him everytime I pick up my clubs. May God's love and peace sustain you at this time of grief.
