I am sorry for your family's loss. I had the pleasure of caring for Mr. Andersen several years ago, and he always brightened my day. He carried such a positive attitude through all of his struggles and was a most sincere man. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Even though we moved on with our lives when we each started our families, Jimbo always managed to keep in touch.

His caring attitude and big heart were always on display. We had some great times over the course of our younger years which included drinking beer.

Hopping a train from Metairie to City Park.
Going on the President (paddle wheeler in NOLA) on Saturday nights. Hitchhiking from Chalmette to Metairie.
Spearfishing for mullets at Uncle Leroy and Aunt Eunice's camp in Slidell.
Also there, he was always strumming the guitar to the tune of "They all went to the Audubon Zoo'" and me while dancing breaking Aunt Eunice's toes.

What a full beautiful life but left too soon!

Great memories.

Will miss him.

Hope, one day to see Ole Jimbo in heaven at Jimbo's Tavern.

Love ya ole buddy!

Beth, Jimmy, Melissa & Stacey,

Jim always brought a ray of sunshine with him everywhere he went. He was a knowledgable tech and a pleasure to work with. We haven't seen any of you for a long time now, but every time I think of Jim and Beth I think only of good thoughts, fun times, Sears pic-nics and laughter. Lots of laughter. I also think of the three beautiful little kids, that are obviously grown, productive adults now.

Jimmy loved all of you and was very proud to be a husband and father. He will be joking around and watching over all of you from a loftier place now.

Battle after battle has been valiantly fought. Now it's time for the dust to settle. Although you will miss him dearly, he suffers no more, and he is in peaceful rest. Life will go on for the ones he leaves behind. Just the way he would want it. God Bless you all.

Rest in Peace, my friend.
