On Behalf of the Fulton family,We express our sorrow for the loss of a great shipmate and friend. Jim always held a special place in Dad's heart and as a family it was an honor to have shared time with him at the Batfish reunions. (even trying to play golf). This special friend will always be remembered fondly by our family and as a grand gentleman. Our thoughts are with the family and in our prayers.
On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), we offer our sincere condolences to all of Jim's family and friends as you mourn his passing. May God whisper peace to your hearts and comfort and heal them. We are grateful for his courageous and dedicated service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service during WWII, having made 3 War Patrols. We also recognize his service and support to SVWWII. "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones who remain. Thank you for your service to our country." -- Rev. Ray Fritz, National Chaplain United States Submarine Veterans, USSVI.
Sending our prayers at this special time.
Jim was a wonderful witness to God's love for all. He was a most gracious friend and a true gentleman. It has been a gift to know him.
God's blessings to you as you remember him.
Dwight "Sam" and Stephanie Hall
