Ardyce & Family, My Dad, Walter Beasley & Rhea's Mom were cousins. As far back as I can remember we always went to the Houses on the 1st Sun. in Nov. There was always more food than an army could eat.
In the 90's I worked in the payment center for AT&T downtown. Rhea would come in monthly & pay his bill. I think it was a good way to get some exercise on his lunch hour. I always enjoyed seeing him.
I am sorry for your loss. I plan to be at the service tomorrow.
David and Tyler, I am very sorry to hear of your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
Ardyce and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. I'm sorry Joe can't come to the funeral. Joe is very ill - bedfast and in a wheelchair. He has beeen in the hospital or rehab 9 weeks of this year and just keeps getting weaker and weaker. Thanks for letting us know. Joe always loved Rhea so much and has fond memories of their boyhood days. May God be very close to all of you during these difficult days.

We are so very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful husband and dad. He is a terrific man and I know he will be so lovingly missed. Please know we will the thinking of you all in this time of sorrow. I will never forget the old black car puttering through Donelson, with Rhea at the wheel just a smiling, heading to and from the YMCA and everywhere else. Probably back in it already.
You all are in our thoughts and prayers.
Julie, What a fun- filled life he had--so much love from a family--grandchildren--sports--WOW--we should all be so blessed--glad I know you and him..
