In Loving Memory of James "Elliott" Messer -- who left this earth on December 8, 2012.

Those we Love do not go away.
They walk beside us every day.
Unseen, Unheard, but always Very Near.
Still Loved, Still Missed and Still Very Dear.

I thought that when you left I would never find my way.
But then I heard an Angel shout "He Is There With You Every Day."
You, Elliott, Will Live Forever In My Heart !!!

I just learned of Elliott's passing. He was a long time friend from Sealy Elementary school and Leon High and was my wife's cousin. I will certainly miss him.

Elliot was one of those larger than life people but, at the same time, he did not convey a feeling that he was larger than you. He was a dear friend, but if you ever sat opposing him in court or across the negotiating table, you knew very quickly you were facing a formidable opponent. Or, if you dared to match your shooting skills against his on a quail hunt, well, forget about it! Walter and Susanne Alford, Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

It was an honor to have been able to share Elliott's last Thanksgiving at the farm. Our sympathies go out to all of his family. Ed and Betty Shaffield
