I'm so sorry to hear of Dr.Zemer's passing. I worked with him for 21 years down at St. Joseph's operating room, and thoroughly enjoyed the days I worked with him. He will be missed.

Dear Rachel, so sorry for your family's loss of Jim. He was a fine physician, a good friend to all; one of the most "up" guys I've ever known - never seemed to have a bad day, and many times made others' bad days better. We will miss seeing you both.

Rachel -- I was so sorry to read in the paper that you had lost your Jim. He was always so nice to my daughter,Ann as you both were. It has been many years since our kids were at each others houses and they are miles apart but I have such fond memories and Sarah and Ann and the good friends that the were and how nice both you and Jim were to my daughter--it seems to me you were always taking her somewhere. I know you have lots of friends who are a help but I wanted you to know that I am thinking of you at this difficult time. With love, Liz Colter

To the Zemer family. I've worked for the past 35 years providing office services for anesthesiologists in Phoenix and the southwest United States. Of all the hundreds of anesthesiologists that I have known and worked for, Dr. Zemer makes the list of truly great guys that I can count on one hand. He was always kind, always respectful, always professional, always polite. I missed seeing him at the recent Arizona Society of Anesthesiologists annual state meeting. I always looked forward to his smile, his greeting, and just catching up on the year's events. The world's a better place because of Jim Zemer and I'm better for having known him. He will be missed but never forgotten. There are simply too few men like him. God bless you all.
