I am a former teacher and coach at Clarksville High School. I had the privilege of coaching Jay in Cross Country and Track. I have nothing but fond memories of Jay and our time together. He was a hard worker, a talented athlete and a great guy. My sincere sympathy to all his family and friends.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Jay. As the youngest of the Hoover children, he was more of an older brother or cousin than uncle to many of us. I will always remember his ready laugh and smile. So easy going and fun to be around.
Jewell, I pray God gives you and your family peace and comfort in the days ahead.
