Jeff was my scout master, he changed my life, because of him I know first aid, survival skills, knots, sailing, camping, everything you could do out doors, backpacking...wow...what a great man and a tremendous loss. You will be missed Jeff Kerr.

Jeff was my first Scout Master as a Boy Scout I still remember one of the first meetings we had was right near Halloween and he had one of the best Darth Vader outfits that I have ever seen to this day (granted that may be nostalgia). But, he showed me that you didn't have to have everything to be everything you wanted to be.

My gym buddy fought a long courageous fight. Jeff's smile heart let me know that he was a true fighting warrior God bless you my brother see you on the other side.

Jeff was my Scout master and a mentor. The first high school formal that I went to I did not have enough money to take my date out to a restaurant so Jeff offered his house and kitchen to me so that I could fix a fancy dinner (which he helped me plan). In many ways he was a second father.

Smooth sailing Jeff.

I met Jeff 21 years ago when my son Clint became a Boy Scout. Jeff was a wonderful roll model for my young son. He played a significant roll in helping my son become the wonderful man he is today. We were very blessed to have had Jeff in our lives. He truly was an incredible person and anyone who had the opportunity to know him was blessed. His love of life was infectious. Jeff, May you rest peacefully knowing your work here on earth is complete.
