Johnny, we remember when you came home from the Corps. You had grown to become the man we knew you would be. We were as proud of you as anyone. You will be missed.

Johnny, i still cant believe you're gone. I'll forever remember our first and the only Packer game we went to. We had a blast wit Tito and Ray. I always enjoyed when Johnny would come in to the office. He was always very pleasant. He would usually come in to the office together with his family, Elizabeth, Johnny and Eric. When I was with another patient in another room, I knew when Johnny arrived because of his distinctive voice. It was very recognizable. Even though I only saw him once a year or so, I will miss him greatly. I will miss his genuine personality and friendly attitude he always had toward me. My prayers are with you and your family.
