Dear Derek:
The news of Joy's passing was a surprise to me as I'd just seen her a couple of weeks ago when I picked up some bottles. You may remember my sister May MacDonald who lived at Hollyburn House a couple of years ago.
Anyway Derek even though I didn't know Joy for a long time, she impressed me so much and that's why I'm writing this note to you. She was so sweet and I did enjoy our little chats while loading the bottles!! This note may not reach you but I did want you to know how sorry I am at your loss. Take care of yourself Derek.....and I will really miss seeing Joy.
