We will remember you always, Judy.
I knew Judy well for many years before she moved from W. Long Branch and I somehow lost contact with her. She was my roommate at the University of Michigan when we were both working on graduate degrees, and was actually an advisor to me as well as a friend. In fact, it was through her that I met my husband, Bob, who also became a friend. I remember meeting her sister, Tammy and brother, Alan when I went to dinner at her house in Detroit; and she often spoke of them affectionately.

Over the years Bob and I often visited and kept in touch. She was a guest at our own wedding and even helped me shop for my dress. Then, many years later, she was a guest at our daughter's 1998 wedding and was not only supportive of the couple, but visited when our first granddaughter was born and made scarves for both of our granddaughters. She was so beautiful, lively and happy at the wedding—truly the life of the party.

Shortly thereafter, she met Jerry and often wrote about her wonderful life with him, about her travels and adventures--and how glad she was that she finally met him, her soul mate and the love of her life. I am so sorry for him, how he must miss her. But he should know that he gave her so much, that he made her happy, and that she loved him dearly. My condolences to him, to her step-children and grandchildren, to her sister Tammy and brother, Alan. Like them, I have many happy memories of her which I shall continue to cherish. Bob and I will both remember her generous spirit and, especially, her cheerful smile and deep, hearty laugh. Maybe her strong spirit is still smiling upon all of us now.

Thoughts and prayers
Thursday, May 02, 2013

I still think of you EVERY day. You touched my life in such a profound and positive way. Every day I still hear your words of wisdom, advice and guidance. You continue to help me in all of my decisions in both my home life, as well as my business life.

You were right there through the exhilarating successes and the deep worries of failure of launching a newly invented product. You truly shared in the joy of it's ultimate success.

I especially cherish those times that I was able to give back, to you, some of my advice and expertise in various ways.

Thank you for being such a wonderful person and a such a gifted professional.

You will never be forgotten for the rest of my life.
