Deepest condolences to Betsy, to Larry's family and to his many friends. I have called Larry a mentor. Althought he might have disclaimed it, I certainly learned much from him, think of him often and surely will continue to do so. We were colleagues at the Florida Department of Banking and Finance. I'm glad we kept in touch over the years after that. I only wish I had done so more.
I am grateful for the honor of having worked for Mr. Fuchs while at DOR. He was a great leader who inspired those who worked for him to strive for excellence in everything they did. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife and family.
I knew Larry and Betsy through sailing out of Shell Point and the Apalachee Bay Yacht Club. Larry was a straight shooter and you could "take his word to the bank." My best to Betsy.
We are so sorry for our loss of an old and dear friend. Betsy our thoughts are with you in this difficult time.
I will always have great memories of Larry from our days together at FDLE and after the FDLE days. Best wishes to all of the family during this difficult time.
