Lois was a great help to our society while she was here and a good friend. I loved her enthusiasm for sports especially softball. Interesting that I have had her on my mind lately and had planned to email her to see how see was doing. So sorry for your lose.

Lois was a wonderful companion during our years of service to the local Habitat for Humanity office-warehouse. Many were our shared times watching her favorite movie, 'Braveheart'; preparing shared lunches & dinners within challenging diabetic guidelines; and, playing wordgames galore!
'Electra', was the source of not only Lois's thesis but countless days of discourse between us.
Like delighted schoolgirls, we enjoyed calling Barrister for on-radio legal advice on otherwise-calm weekend afternoons.
Ah, Lois! The times we shared... Thank you for understanding when Miss Mary had to be taken to the vet while I had her over during your travels - (Nobody came between you and your pet, Miss Mary!) You, my friend are missed and fondly remembered by the family over here.
We are very sorry to learn about the passing of Mary, but are grateful for her service to our nation as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Burundi.
Our Sincere Condolences,
The National Peace Corps Association
