Grandma Lois I really enjoyed our months that we shared together. You were a very sweet and passionate person. I think of you as my own grandma. I will never forget you. We still go to your room every morning , flip your calendar, and open your blinds to watch the birds. I will miss your laughter at the dinner table and all your stories about your childhood. As much as we would've liked to keep you here, God needed you more! Rest in Paradise Grandma Lois. We Love You & You'll Always have a spot in Our Hearts!!! - Tellia

David and family, am so sorry to read about the death of your Mother. Did not have the pleasure of knowing her well, but know she will be missed by all. May God be with all of you.

Aunt Lois, I always enjoyed our visits. You were always such a joy to be around, and I always appreciated your hospitality and kindness. I loved talking to you about growing up in Bastrop on the Whitworth farm and about the rest of the family. I will always cherish you and I am sorry that we will not have any more walks down memory lane. I love you. Rest in Peace.

I knew Lois through my wife, Mary Lynn Richardson (nee) Clinger, who is a niece of Lois. My wife died in 2013.I and Lois are genealogists both sharing data on the Whitworth, Wright and Lentz families. My wife always had complimented remarks about Lois and I agree. Lois always had a smile, pleasant greetings and wonderful stories about the lives of her and her siblings. She will be missed.
