Lucy Navarette Amavisca (Navarette)
We will miss you grandma. Love always! You were a grandma for all children now and forever, your home was always open to visit any time with love and care...
My Nina Lucy lived her life full of love. She showed us all the way life was meant to be lived by always caring for others. She always gave that little smile that just made me smile right back at her. Her home was the 1st place we stopped when visiting our our family in Yuma and the last place we stopped on the way out of town.
Our family has lost so much, but I have no doubt she is in heaven dancing with My Nino Joe.
We will always love you,
Andrew Phillip Amavisca & The Amavisca Family
Son of Alex & Barbara Amavisca
Grandson of Alex & Anna Amavisca
Although I didn't know Mrs Amavisca personally I had the honor and joy of knowing her extended family, growing up with her grandchildren, in Phoenix and having the connection of both being Yuma natives! The LORD has called her home, Rest in Peace!

So sorry to hear of Aunty Lucy's passing, my thoughts and prayers go out to all the Amavisca family.
Lucy was a really good friend of my mom Teresa. Her house is a few blocks from where I grew up and I have good memories of my mom and I walking to her house every weekend and chatting with her outside of her home where all her beautiful flowers and plants are. She will be missed, she was a very kind lady.
