Sometimes feelings go too deep for words, and this is one of those times. I hope you know how much I cared for both your mom and your dad. I once heard a saying that will forever remind me of them it said "Sometimes our Hearts find more than one Home" which mine did in theirs. That is just one of the many things I will cherish forever.

"Martha Jean" was an awesome babysitter for us 6 Affeldt kids many, many years ago. I have many wonderful memories of her and Gary, and the Bartleys on Grand Street. Martha was very close to our family and coined our mother as "Florencey-Mama", which I'll never forget. I loved her contagious laugh and awesome spunkiness. My love to her family as you grieve this huge earthly loss. Rest in Peace, Martha Jean. Thank you for the gift of you. Love, Paulette (Affeldt) Tombarge
