Dear Doc Perry.
Several months have past. I am still sad. We miss you. I am thinking of the days working as your chairside assistant. Good times. Our Pen Pal hasnt sent us any cards. There will be no christmas card. No birthday card. No phone calls. You are so missed. We will tresure our friendship for ever. You will always be in our Hearts.... Teri and John

Dear Perry Family,

Uncle Mike was a loving presence in our lives, with his warmth, compassion, and sense of humor. We cherish our memories of him and admired his kindness and generosity. He found joy in life and was fun to be with. Even when we lived far away, Mike stayed in our lives and was never far from us, taking an interest in what everyone was doing and how they were. We are fortunate to have so many great memories and will never forget him.

All of our love,

Andrew, Ann, Daniel and Jeffrey Roberts

I send my deepest condolences to the Perry Family. I feel as if I have lost a close friend, as well as the Dentist who cared for me for 21 years. Dear Doctor Perry was a stand-out in his field, unique, there was no one like him. Great dentistry and a holistic survey of the patient. He referred me to a specialist because the specialist had missed something very important; he recognized a serious illness others had missed. I was never just the right lower molar; I was always a whole and important person to him. I will miss him terribly. Seeing him was always a joy: he was so interesting and full of medical facts he had gleaned from his constant self-study across the disciplines and so interested in me, the patient in his chair. One of a kind he was.
Respectfully and sincerely yours,
