Pansy left many footprints. I was the Cuso co-director in Botswana when she arrived there. She evoked respect, for her actions, her opinions, and especially for her being Pansy. She was as fine a human being as you could want to meet. She taught me much. I think that what she taught me I managed to apply in my subsequent career. A GREAT human and Canadian. Would that there were more of her!

Dear Flemming Family,
It is with sadness that I heard today that Pansy has died. I met Pansy many times through Corrie and Francie. I met some of you in 2009 when I visited Martinique Beach. With Pansy, I often thought "here are the qualities that I want to have when I am an elder." I am glad to have known her.
