Dear Williams family. I am so saddened to hear that Phil, my last and best boss during my tenure at GKS has passed away. He left huge shoes for me to fill with his outstanding knowledge and commitment. Beyond his professional example, I deeply admired him as a person and considered him a friend. The memories of his kindness and his sense of humor will always stay with me. I just regret I didnt have a chance to see him in all these years. My deepest condolences, but you should be absolutely proud of such admirable man. Thank you Phil for having had the chance to meet you.
Always. Pablo Llopez

I have you and all Phil's relatives and friends in my prayers asking God to help conforting you on such a hard time.
I was so sorry to learn about Phil today. I treasure my many years of working with him as a extremely knowledgable and valued engineer. I was blessed with having had the opportunity of not only working with Phil but sharing my experience at Tres Dias and Promise Keepers. He was a deeply committed Christain and valued friend for many years. He will truly be missed by all and it is comforting to know that he has been call home to be with our Lord.
Your brother in Christ,
...God has chosen You, loves You
And has set you apart
