Richard was truly a Brother to all who entered Army Lodge. We all will miss his hearty laugh, his grip and words. God speed Brother- we look forward to seeing you in the Lodge not made with hands. You truly made Army Lodge what it is today. Our heartfelt sympathy to your family.

Our condolences to the family on the loss of an attentive and loving husband, father, and grandfather. I enjoyed our conversations, Richard's insight, and his sincere regard for those around him. May he rest in peace.

Brother Richard was a very important man in my Masonic life. He kept in touch with me even after I had left San Antonio and informed me of Army Lodge concerns for me. I thank him for being in my life and send his family my prayers. Brother Richard, we will miss you. And please check on me every now and then.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this time of sorrow. Richard was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and father-in-law to my son. May you take comfort knowing that God has given him Angel Wings and he's in heaven.

Richard brought so many happy moments in our lives and left us with so many treasure memories. His smile, his laugh, and how he and Grandpo seem to always have wonderful times talking together, sharing their stories time in the service without their earring aids. There will never be anyone quite like him and we will miss him.

May the peace that comes from the memories of love shared comfort you all now and in the days ahead?

God Bless You All.

Love, Madeline, James, & Grandpo
