Bob was an easy-going, friendly, all-around good guy who never spoke ill of anyone -- and was liked and respected by everyone. He contributed much to the world of tropical hibiscus. He was a good friend of mine and will be missed The world needs more like him.
Maribeth and Family I am so sorry and shocked to hear of Bob's passing. He and I played numerous games together and he was well respected both on and off the softball field. God Bless.

Maribeth & Family,
Growing at the side of our carport is a growing hibiscus that Bob gave to me over a year ago. Each time that I see it, the "Memories" that became "Special Times" when several of us old timers gathered in Largo at McDonalds for coffee and reflections of times past.It was a friendship born out of "Love for the Game" and Bob became a bright spot on the horizon to escape from the daily chores as a "Caregiver." Bob, you were and will remain in my "Fond Memories", Thanks Maribeth for allowing Bob's time with the "Boys of Winter."
