Bob was a wonderful man and a tremendous boss. His generosity, good humor, and zest for life made every workday a pleasure. I will miss him enormously, and the sound of his jovial laugh will continue to resonate in my heart for many years to come. No doubt the angels are dancing the polka right now to the spirited sound of Bob's accordion.

I was one of Bob's first employees, worked at RFA for 10 years and never had a day that I did not want to go to work. Thank God for 10 years of happy memories - the annual parties for our clients, first Friday office gatherings every month, daily laughter and rapport. Bob was the consummate "boss friend" and I will always cherish my time on the best job I ever had. Here's to you, Bob!!!

In October of 1985, Bob took time out of his day to meet with a young engineer looking for work. Bob could not offer him a job, but provided hope and encouragment. Five years later, I jumped at the chance to work for Bob. He was a great boss, mentor, and friend.

I will forever and always remember the fun we at RFA. First Fridays were a special treat and dancing to Bob's accordian music was just over the top. Miss it still.
