Dear Jennifer, Jordon and Taylor,
I just recently received the news about Rob from Jamie, I shared a taxi with Rob on his way back from his first meeting with Silica and he told me he was going to start in Slough. A great guy, so positive and full of energy. It was a great loss when he returned to the States but I guess his priorities were right - you all came first.
My thoughts are with you all

Dear Jennifer, Jordan and Taylor,
I had the most wonderful privilege to work for and with Rob during his time with Avnet in the UK. He came around to my home a few times during his stay in the UK and we formed a great friendship. He was the most creative, warm and engaging businessman I have worked with and was a great leader and team builder.
My warmest condolences go out to all of you will remain in my thoughts.

Dear Jennifer, Jordan and Taylor,
I am so sorry for your loss. I worked directly for rob during his time with Avnet, and we shared much time together working with customers and suppliers alike. They all warmed to Rob instantly and I remember creating the 'one vision' campaign as Rob brought the company together during his time here in the UK. A remarkable man who will be missed by many.

I was privileged to be Rob's colleague and friend at Motorola. A very classy, intelligent, warm and funny gentleman who made a lasting impression on those fortunate to know him. Very saddened by his loss and wish his family well at this difficult time.
