Ron was fine man, dedicated to his faith and family. He had a great sense of humor and I am fortunate to have spent time with him.

Ron was my oldest childhood friend growing up two houses from him on east 29th and Walnut in Des. Moines. I spent much of my early life in the Orth household playing games and enjoying the wisdom of his mother & father. Although we went our separate ways following college at Drake U., Ron has always been one of my oldest and dearest friends. My sympathy and prayers to Carolyn and the rest of the family.
