All of the Stefaniuks' will miss auntie Rose... She closes a chapter on part of our lives that passes on to a new generation. We all loved her and cared for her greatly -- she will be sorrily missed by us all !! May the blessing of her God be upon her and love abide in her soul....Andrew Stefaniuk and his sons Brad and Paul.
I am saddened by this news. I found Rose in good spirits when I visited her at her home last summer. Rose was admired by all of us in the McLennan family, my dad, by mom and my two sisters, Barb and Ruth. Rose tended my parents' grave site and kept us informed each year about the deer enjoying the globe cedars we ordered! I shall miss our lunches together and our delightful reminiscences. Wally and I had many good times in Kenora with Rose and Bill and Cuzzie and Bernice. I will always remember her fondly. Much love, Edna
We will miss Auntie Rose, knowing an elder in our family has gone to rest. She joins so many wonderful family members, we are sure they welcomed her into heaven with open arms.

I knew Rose as a young girl growing up in Winnipeg. My father Walter Stefaniuk had a deep connection to his family in Kenora. We visited often and participated in many happy celebrations. Rose and Bill were always a part of those happy times. Rose was an outgoing and fun lady that I admired very much. I would like to pass on my sympathies to the family and friends she leaves behind as I know how much she will be missed. Thank you so much for sharing the photos on this site. I really enjoyed seeing Rose and her beautiful smile.
