Wore my Freel jersey in honor of Ryan to a minor league game tonight Lynchburg Hillcats loved his hustle and style of play he always gave 110% sadly missed
Thinking of you, Ryan and continue to pray for your sweet, adorable girls.
So sorry for his family loved watching him play for the reds .
I didn't have the honor to meet Ryan but heard through our family what an amazing person he was....God Bless him and those who loved him....
Ann Freel Ball
I enjoyed watching Ryan Freel's all out play so much that when I purchased a Red's jersey I chose his name for the back. I could've done like so many others at that time and had Griffey on the back but I wanted Freel. He demonstrated how to not only play the game of baseball but how to live life. Give 110% or go home. I coach little league baseball and have passed that on to them. Thanks for the lesson Ryan.
